I cannot find my tickets, what do I do?

Search your inbox for the email order confirmation

When you ordered tickets, we sent an order confirmation to your email address. The email contains a link with access to your tickets. Please check your junk/spam folder in your email account. The sender of the email is noreply@alvsborgfortress.com.
Look for the SMS order confirmation

You may also have received a text message with a link to your tickets. Please check your SMS history on your phone. The sender should be "Alvsborg".
Request resending of the order confirmation

You can use our form to request a resend of the order confirmation if you know which email address or phone number that you used when making the order.
