Meat feast at the fortress with our friends from Härryda BBQ.

The journey begins at Stenpiren in Gothenburg where you board the ship that takes you through Gothenburg's harbor area out to Nya Älvsborg Fortress.

When you arrive at the fortress, you will be met by one of our soldiers who will guide you through the fortress.

The guided tour ends with a cannon salute.

The event then continues with dinner, which is served in the fortress vault in Kurtin 5.

The dinner is composed and prepared by Härryda BBQ.

The boat departs from the stone pier at 18:00 and returns from the fortress at 22:30.

Appetizer, grilled bread, browned whipped butter, fire-roasted olives & cream cheese with award-winning bacon

Main course, Härryda BBQ Cheddar & Jalapeño sausage, chicken, beef cheek, smoked boston butt & sides -pickled vegetables, tangy coleslaw & fresh potato salad

Dessert, fluffy chocolate mousse on cold-smoked milk, cognac berries, sprinkle buffet, lightly whipped cream, salted caramel sauce
